Returns can be made within 7 Days of receiving your product in its original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns on products not packaged appropriately.

 

Proof of damage and or issue needs to be sent to us via info@theafricanartcollective.com

 

Upon receipt we will inspect the item and either refund or offer an exchange should we find the reason for the return to be legitimate and sufficient.

 

We do not accept returns on items sold on sale.

 

We do not accept international returns.
